Earle Lindfors brings over 35 years of experience to Actio specializing in project management, continuous process improvement, and data driven decision making.  He is a certified cyber and task optimization professional who understands the importance of performance monitoring to maximize business potential.  Using Lean Six Sigma tools and analytics best practices, his focus on data insight, problem awareness, and process visibility is valuable for getting the right information in the right hands at the right time.

He has worked on a diverse group of project areas over his career that include Reliability Assessment, Systems Administration, Network Management, and Customer/User Experience.  His significant achievements include development of an analysis model that yielded a 50% reduction in maintenance costs for Navy Sidewinder Air-to-Air Guidance Control Sections.  Additionally, he worked with Army IT Program Managers to redesign the process for management of computer workstation power consumption to generate $800K annual cost savings.  His partnership with academia started with his graduate work at the College of William and Mary in 1993 and continues today with multiple university and student community collaboration efforts.

Earle came to the Hampton Roads area in 1981, has been a City of Williamsburg resident since 1992, and enjoys the rich history and entertainment that Virginia offers.  His hobbies include hiking, biking, pickleball, or any challenging activity that can be measured by performance.
