Cynthia (Cindy) Dehne is a U.S. Army veteran who possesses extensive experience leading small and large teams at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.  She has proven expertise in developing leaders, implementing systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiencies, and planning, analyzing, and integrating enterprise-level solutions supporting large organizations. 

She served in both the Army Active and Reserve Components. Cindy was commissioned as an Army Signal Corps Officer and later transitioned to serve as an Army Strategist. During her military service, she held various command and staff positions during assignments in the 4th Infantry Division, 160th Signal Brigade, 18th Airborne Corps, US Forces-Iraq, the Army Capabilities and Integration Center, First Army, and the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command.  She also served as Senior Logistics Advisor for the Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Support Activity and as a Department of Navy Civilian Human Resources manager.

Cindy’s operational experience includes 41 months of deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Cindy is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies Red Team Course, Signal Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the Defense Strategy Course, the U.S. Army Airborne School, and she completed the Navy Civilian Senior-Level Leadership Development Program. She also holds a Master of Arts in International Relations (Security Policy) from St Mary’s University, a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky’s Patterson School of Diplomacy, and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary.
